Our Books Are Moving - Here's What to Know
After much consideration, Behrman House has decided to move distribution services to Baker & Taylor Publisher Services. We will shortly be releasing more information regarding ship times, fulfillment, and other ways this change may affect you. In the meantime, here's what you should know:
RETURNS
Starting now, you can direct any materials you need to return to Behrman House to:

This address can now be found on all packing slips for future reference. As always, books* returned to us within one calendar year of purchase will receive 100% credit back on account; books returned to us over one calendar year will receive 50%. Further information on returns can be found here.
BOOK AVAILABILITY
While we move our books from one distribution center to another, some of our titles may be temporarily unavailable. If you find that the book you need is out of stock, please let us know by calling 973-379-7200. Our customer support team will contact you the moment the title is available for purchase.

*Please note that returned books must be in saleable condition. We are unable to credit your account for items that have been used, torn, written in, or otherwise damaged, or for opened shrink-wrapped materials. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs except in the case of defective merchandise. If you feel that you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us and we will process the error as soon as possible.
