A concise presentation of the early years of American Jewish history, combining thematic and chronological explorations of events from the expulsion from Spain (1492) to the settlement in American cities from New York to Galveston (1880). Developed by the Feinstein Center for American Jewish History, in collaboration with renowned historians, researchers, and educators, this colorful history shows how the Jews brought their religion, traditions, languages, culture, and ideas to a new land.
