Hineni 2 & 3 Family Companion CD

Hineni 2 & 3 Family Companion black-line masters are now available in PDF format so you can print them out or email them home. Students practice reading blessings and prayers from the Shabbat morning Amidah, the Torah service and concluding prayers, and selected prayers for Friday evening while parents follow along using transliteration. Parents can create a Hebrew-friendly home environment and learn prayer Hebrew themselves.

CONTENTS:
For each lesson in Hineni 2 and Hineni 3 (Shabbat morning Amidah, the Torah service and concluding prayers, and selected prayers for Friday evening) there are one to three corresponding Student Pages and Parent Pages. The Student Pages contain reading exercises and short writing exercises to reinforce comprehension. The Parent Pages have the same reading exercises--with transliteration--as well as helpful hints about Jewish culture and prayer (for example, why L'chah Dodi tells us to both "keep" and "remember" Shabbat) and family discussion questions (for example, what are three things in your family's life that you consider kadosh-holy?)

ABOUT HINENI:
The three-volume Hineni series teaches fluent prayer reading with comprehension. The contents are as follows:
