Let's Discover Mitzvot

Young children learn the place of mitzvot in their lives with this set of eight 4-page, full-color folders. Each mitzvah is explained in terms children can easily grasp, using questions, activities, stories and poems.

How do we teach children that mitzvot are more than just good deeds? How can we teach them to be fair, hospitable, kind, and compassionate - all in the context of Jewish practice?

These boldly alluring four-page folders help young children discover the place of the mitzvot in their lives. Eight mitzvot - one in each folder - are explained in terms children can readily grasp, using engaging questions, thoughtful activities, and evocative stories all enlivened by full-color photographs, vivid artwork, and a cheerful, colorful layout that leads playfully from one activity to the next.
